New Site Angels.Love In Review

Angels.Love opened its doors last Spring. A high-end art-porn project by WowGirls, the site focuses on FFM threesomes and promises erotic long-form porn. They've dropped twenty films and twenty-one photo sets to date.

A Deeper Look - What's Inside?

Members of other WowGirls sites will feel at home. Angels follows the same layout and design as UltraFilms and other rest of the network. That means easy navigation with large thumbnails and searchability, including a graphical tags feature--something you don't get with most sites.

They drop a new scene every week, with a teaser photo gallery popping in a few days prior. For the level of quality, it's an impressive rate.

One cool feature is the "Unseen" tag which allows users to filter scenes or galleries that have not been seen. As a completionist, I hate missing a porn scene, so this feature is a godsend. The only issue is that it marks any visited link as seen, even if you didn't even play the video. It would be a lot better if it marked any video with say, more than half playback, as complete.

What's the Porn Like?

Angels porn is awesome. Every scene to date has been peppered with romantic lighting, intriguing sets, cinematic camerawork, and excellent fashion, including hair and makeup. The sex scenes are long too, roughly an hour each with very short setups. While some fans won't like the long-form sex, I have to give Angels' directors props. They do an excellent job of sitting into long-format porn to build tension with periodic pops of excitement and release. It's all very well-paced. If you watch all the scenes though, you're bound to discover a pattern. There's a formula for how an Angels film is made, but there's still enough variation to keep things interesting.
